Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We ship all orders as soon as possible, many orders ship within 24 hours. However, some merchandise must be ordered as our inventory is constantly changing. Please note the AVAILABILITY section for each product. The time listed in Availability covers the time it takes for us to order and receive merchandise if it is not currently in stock.
If you need the merchandise by a specific date, we appreciate if you list that in the Order Comment box during the order process or you can give us a call at 877-768-6400.
If you create an account with a password before placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

We request FEDERAL Express deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that your delivery driver may or may not leave the package without a signature (or indirect signature) this is up to the discretion of the driver and/or if you have a waiver on file with your local Federal Express delivery office.

Canada Priority Mail International $24.00
United Kingdom (Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland, England) Priority Mail International $30.00
International deliveries can be delayed up to 4 weeks depending on shipment volumes through the U.S. and your local Customs Office. We are not responsible for delays due to Customs. Please be prepared to pay local duties and taxes on your items, it is your responsibility to find out the rules and regulations for your country. We prepare Customs form with accurate information. If your package is unclaimed by you and returned to us by your Customs Office, any fees incurred will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
FREE SHIPPING offers do not apply to International orders. Upgraded shipping and Free shipping offers apply only to domestic U.S. Shipping Addresses.
Worn and.or customized items are not returnable.
For other merchandise, you may return an item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the item price (not shipping). Please fill out the back of the Invoice/Packing Slip enclosed with your order to request an exchange or a refund. Send the paperwork and item back to us at:

We are not responsible until we receive the merchandise back, we recommend that you ship with a delivery or signature confirmation.
If the item is defective, please call Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number at 1-877-768-6400 Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm EST or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Normal returns do not require a Return Authorization.
