Order Processing / Shipping / Returns

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day, with the exception of holidays. We ship all orders as soon as possible, many orders ship within 24 hours. However, some merchandise must be ordered as our inventory is constantly changing. Please note the AVAILABILITY section for each product. The time listed in Availability covers the time it takes for us to order and receive merchandise if it is not currently in stock.

If you need the merchandise by a specific date, we appreciate if you list that in the Order Comment box during the order process.
If you create an account with a password before placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Shipping Rates

FREE First Class U.S. Mail for orders over $45.00
FREE Priority Mail for orders over $95.00
Ordered merchandise total not including tax.

Current domestic shipping rates are:

First Class U.S. Mail $4.75

Priority Mail (U.S. Priority Mail --- This is not a UPS service) $7.50

Federal Express 2nd Day $24.00 (weekday deliveries only not weekend or holidays)

Federal Express Next Day $30.00 (weekday deliveries only not weekend or holidays)

We request FEDEX deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that your delivery driver may or may not leave the package without a signature (or indirect signature) this is up to the discretion of the driver and/or if you have a waiver on file with your local Federal Express delivery office.

Return Policy
Worn and.or customized items are not returnable.

For other merchandise, you may return an item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the item price (not shipping). Please fill out the back of the Invoice/Packing Slip enclosed with your order to request an exchange or a refund. Send the paperwork and item back to us at:

We are not responsible until we receive the merchandise back, we recommend that you ship with a delivery or signature confirmation.

If the item is defective, please email Customer Service for a Return Authorization at orders@jewelryservice.com. Normal returns do not require a Return Authorization.
