Order Processing Guidelines


Orders are processed Monday through Friday.  Any orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day, with the exception of holidays.

We ship all orders as soon as possible, many orders ship within 24 hours.  However, some merchandise must be ordered as our inventory is constantly changing.  Please note the AVAILABILITY section for each product.  The time listed in Availability covers the time it takes for us to order and receive merchandise if it is not currently in stock.

If you need the merchandise by a specific date, we appreciate if you list that in the Order Comment box during the order process.
Ordering by Fax or Mail

We gladly accept orders via fax or mail.  Simply place the items you want in your Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout.  Complete the order form with all the billing, shipping and payment information, and then hit the Print button on your browser to print out the form.  This does not submit any information over the Internet; it simply prints a copy of the information.
 
To complete your purchase by Fax please fax the complete form to us and be sure to include a phone number and email address so that we may contact you with any questions.  You can fax us 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 443-517-6527.

To complete your purchase by Mail please note that we do not accept personal checks.  Please send the completed form and a cashier check or money order for the total including any shipping charges to us at :
